    Prepayment & Cancellation Policy

    • After the reservation confirmation is sent, a 50% advance payment of the total reservation amount is required within 5 working days via bank transfer.The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
    • Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date – 100% refund of the advance payment to the bank account from which it was received within 14 working days.
    • Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival – the advance payment is retained as a cancellation fee.
