Prices Reception Summer 2025

The prices are in BGN, per day, for the respective room and include:

• Accommodation and breakfast with hot drinks and juices included;
• Access to Mountain Relax & Vitality Center: indoor pool for adults and children's pool (70 cm), jacuzzi, salt sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, gym;
• Children's corner for our youngest guests (without animation);
• Outdoor unguarded parking (subject to availability upon check-in);
• Wireless internet, VAT and tourist tax.

Special offers for long stays:

• 15% discount for booking with a minimum stay of 3 nights;
• 20% discount for booking with a minimum stay of 5 nights;
• Discounts do not apply to the dinner surcharge;
• Discounts are not combined with each other.

Extra charge for extra beds (per person per day)

• 3rd/4th/5th adult and child over 12 years old on a sofa bed in an apartment - 60 BGN
• Child 8-11.99 years old on an extra bed in a double room or a sofa bed in an apartment - 40 BGN
• Child up to 7.99 years old on extra bed in double room or sofa bed in apartment - Free
• Child 0-7.99 years old on a regular bed, accommodated with 1 adult in a double room - Single room rate to be paid
• Child 8-11.99 years old on a regular bed, accommodated with 1 adult in a double room - Double room rate to be paid

Supplement for dinner on set menu/block table* (per person per day)

• 45 BGN for adult and children over 12 years/25 BGN for children (8-11.99 years)
• Catering at a block table is carried out with a minimum of 30 registered guests

Pet (small breeds up to 10 kg) — fee 30.00 BGN per day.

Payment:

• An advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is required within 5 working days;
• Please note that the balance is payable at reception upon arrival.

Free cancellation periods:

• Cancellation without penalty can be made up to 5 days before arrival.
• In case of cancellation after the free period or no-show, the deposit will be charged as a penalty.

Other terms and conditions:

• In case of early departure or reduction of stay — amounts are not refundable.
• In case of cancellation before the free cancellation periods, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the bank account specified by the customer. All bank charges are at the expense of the customer.
• The hotel reserves the right to change its rates and conditions according to demand and current availability. For reservations already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers.

* The dates 01.05 — 05.05.2025 incl., 07.09.2025 and 21.09.2025. are calculated on Friday-Saturday prices.
