The prices are for the corresponding number of nights for the respective room and include:

• Accommodation and breakfast with hot drinks and juices included;
• Access to Mountain Relax & Vitality Center: indoor pool for adults and children's pool (70 cm),
• jacuzzi, salt sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, relaxation area, fitness;
• Children's corner for our youngest guests;
• Ski wardrobe for storing your own ski equipment.
• Transport to Ski center 1 /Bus station/ and Ski center 2 /Malina/ according to schedule.
• Open unguarded parking (according to availability at check-in, reservation is not accepted);
• Wireless internet, 9% VAT and travel insurance

Supplement for DINNER:
Mandatory New Year's dinner with a festive program on 31.12.2025:

• Adult -150 euros /293.37 leva
• Children from 7-11.99 years old - 65 euros/127.13 leva for a child from 7-11.99 years old.
• Children up to 6.99 years old do not pay and do not receive NG dinner, only a seat is provided for them.
• Dinner /block table or set menu/:
• Adult -30 euros/58.64 leva
• Children from 7-11.99 years old - 18 euros/35.20 leva for a child from 7-11.99 years old.
• Children up to 6.99 years old are fed free of charge.
• A block table is organized for a minimum of 35 people who have booked dinner.
• Surcharges for DINNER and FESTIVE NEW YEAR'S ENVELOPE — NOT SUBJECT TO DISCOUNTS

- Minimum stay for New Year — 3 nights.

Surcharges at the reception:

• Pet — small breeds up to 10 kg — fee 15 euros/29.34 leva per day.
• Resort fee in the amount of 0.67 euros/1.31 BGN per day per person.

Discounts for early bookings:

• 15% discount for bookings made by 20.10.2025 and paid at 100% before 31.10.2025
• 10% discount for bookings made until 20.11.2025 and paid at 100% before 30.11.2025

Payment and cancellation policies for bookings outside the early check-in period:

• In case of early departure or reduction of stay — amounts are not refundable.
• The hotel reserves the right to change its rates and conditions according to demand and current availability. For reservations already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due is not
• changes, regardless of new price offers.

Advance payment is required in the amount of 100% of the reservation within 5 working days;

Free cancellation for early bookings is not possible, in case of cancellation the prepaid amount is not refunded.

Other terms and conditions:
