Easter with festive lunch and music program

The prices are in BGN, for the selected type of package, when accommodating two adults in the corresponding room (except in the presidential apartment) and include:

• Accommodation and breakfast on a block table with hot drinks and juices included (for less than 30 people, meals are on a set menu);
• Dinner at a block table without drinks included in the purchase of an HV package (for less than 30 people, meals are on a set menu);
• Festive lunch on April 20, 2025with a traditional Easter table and music program from the Rhodope Folklore Region;
• Free Access to Mountain Relax & Vitality Center- indoor swimming pools for adults and children, jacuzzi, salt sauna, Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath, relaxation area, fitness area;
• Compliment on the day of accommodation — mineral water, tea bags and coffee in the room;
• Children's corner for our youngest guests and painting Easter eggs on 19.04.2025 ;
• Outdoor parking (subject to availability upon check-in);
• Wireless Internet;
• VAT and tourist tax.

Surcharges at the reception:

• Pet — small breeds up to 10 kg. — fee 30.00 BGN per day.

Payment:

• An advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is required within 5 working days;
• Please note that the balance is payable at reception upon arrival.

Free cancellation periods:

• Cancellation without penalty can be made up to 5 days before arrival
• In case of cancellation after the free cancellation or no-show period, the deposit will be charged as a penalty.

Other terms and conditions:

• In case of early departure or reduction of stay — amounts are not refundable.
• In case of cancellation before the free cancellation periods, the amount will be refunded up to 14 days by bank transfer.
• The hotel reserves the right to change its rates and conditions according to demand and current availability. For reservations already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers.
