Family Spring Break + Animation For Children

Prices are in BGN, for 1 night, when accommodating two adults in the respective room and include:

• Accommodation and breakfast on a block table with hot drinks and juices included (for less than 30 people, meals are on a set menu);
• Dinner at a block table without drinks included in the purchase of an HV package (for less than 30 people, meals are on a set menu);
• Free Access to Mountain Relax & Vitality Center- indoor swimming pools for adults and children, jacuzzi, salt sauna, Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath, relaxation area, fitness area;
• Compliment on the day of accommodation — mineral water, tea bags and coffee in the room;
• Ski wardrobe for storing your own ski equipment;
• Transport to Ski Center 2 /Malina/ on schedule and with a functioning ski area;
• Children's corner for our youngest guests and*animation from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the days 29.03, 31.03, 02.04, 04.04 and 05.04. Days with animation can be reduced or changed according to the occupancy in the hotel;
• Outdoor parking (subject to availability upon check-in);
• Wireless Internet;
• VAT and tourist tax.

Extra charge for extra beds:

• 4th adult/child over 12 years of age on a sofa bed in an apartment pays 70 BGN per day for BB and 110 BGN per day for NB;
• A child up to 11.99 years old on an extra bed in a double room and apartment is accommodated free of charge;
• 2 children up to 11.99 years old on a sofa bed in a one-bedroom apartment and a maisonette are accommodated free of charge;
• A child up to 11.99 years old on a regular bed with 1 adult in a double room pays 50% of the price of a regular bed;
• Single accommodation in a double room: 30% discount on the price of a double room.

Surcharges at the reception:

• Pet — small breeds up to 10 kg. — fee 30.00 BGN per day.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:

• Payment:

• An advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is required within 5 working days;
• Please note that the balance is payable at reception upon arrival.

• Free cancellation periods:

• Cancellation without penalty can be made up to 5 days before arrival
• In case of cancellation after the free cancellation or no-show period, the deposit will be charged as a penalty.

Other terms and conditions:

• Minimum stay: 2 nights.
• In case of early departure or reduction of stay — amounts are not refundable.
• In case of cancellation before the free cancellation periods, the amount will be refunded up to 14 days by bank transfer.
• The hotel reserves the right to change its rates and conditions according to demand and current availability. For reservations already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers.
