The prices are for the corresponding number of nights for the respective room and include:

• Transport to Ski center 1 /Bus station/ and Ski center 2 /Malina/ according to schedule;
• Open unguarded parking (according to availability at check-in, reservation is not accepted);

• VAT 9% and travel insurance.

Supplement for DINNER:

• Dinner /block table or set menu/:
• Adult - 30 euros/58.64 leva.
• Children from 7-11.99 years old - 18 euros/35.20 leva for a child from 7-11.99 years old
• Children up to 6.99 years old are fed free of charge.
• A block table is organized for a minimum of 35 people who have booked dinner.
• Surcharges for DINNER ARE NOT SUBJECT TO DISCOUNTS.

Surcharges at the reception:

• Pet — small breeds up to 10 kg — fee 15 euros/29.34 leva per day.
• Resort fee in the amount of 0.67 euros/1.31 BGN per day per person.

Payment and cancellation policies for reservations:

• In case of early departure or reduction of stay — amounts are not refundable.
• The hotel reserves the right to change its rates and conditions according to demand and current availability. For reservations already made, confirmed and paid, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers.
• Advance payment is required in the amount of 100% of the reservation within 5 working days;
• Cancellations and changes 15 days before the check-in date are accepted without penalty and full refund. In case of cancellation or changes after this period or in case of non-arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be retained as a penalty. In case of early departure, the amount of the unused portion of the reservation will not be refunded.
